Process and Product Development Phases of E-signature Application

E-signature means paperless office design. There have been many studies about our country and in the world about e-signature. These studies are different from each other under the title of PAPERLESS OFFICE DESIGN. The main purpose is to spread the e-signature application. Despite the publicity activities in the world and in our country, e-signature has not reached to a sufficient degree of utilization. Institutions, private enterprises and individuals are experiencing great difficulty in including e-signature applications or using e-signature applications in their bureaucratic work and operations. It is observed that individual and institutional needs cannot be solved by e-signature applications in works requiring approval in electronic platforms. In addition, there are many different reasons why E-SIGNATURE CANNOT BE DISSEMINATED in our country.

In general, the reasons why e-signature is not widely used are as follows; technical infrastructure complexity of electronic platforms, not detection of deficiencies in the planning of e-transformation in our country, problems arising from the institutions, problems in e-signature sector, incompatibility of the developed applications. These headings can be detailed in themselves. Thus, it can be seen why e-signature applications cannot be disseminated.

In addition, various criteria can be examined to obtain the above information. These criteria are; EASE OF USE provided by e-signature, its SAFETY, its PRICE, its PERFORMANCE, its EASE OF MANAGEMENT, its TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, its COMPANY PRODUCT SUPPORT, its COMPLIANCE WITH DIFFERENT PROCESS AND PRODUCTS. Thus, it will be recognized that both PROCESS and PRODUCT IMPROVEMENTS should be done when you examine or experience the e-signature application as individual or corporate e-signature users.

Another important issue resulting from the rapid advancement of technology is the technical extension of the stealing or copying of sensitive information belonging to the biometric track used in authentication. However, the creation or dissemination of robot identities and robot accounts is another factor to consider.

Today, it is possible to improve and develop e-signature application for paperless office design. To do this, it is necessary to examine the processes first and then to produce new niche products.
