Today, urbanization is increasing day by day and many problems are experienced. These problems, especially social problems, are diverse and they are based on many different reasons. Many studies are carried out to overcome the problems of the city, especially by the public institutions. Other than public institutions and civil society, it should also contribute to the solution of the problems of the city. This concerns the first-order construction sector.

This contribution can be realized by the Real Estate Investment Trust in the context of social problems, by focusing on human needs, around modern architectural understanding and in accordance with the concept of sustainability design. Thus, in the near future, smart / green buildings and new settlements will be built for brand cities designed according to the structure of mega cities. Other than public and non-governmental organizations will be contributed to urbanization problems.

This makes it necessary for the construction sector to go beyond the idea of producing traditional products or services. This new approach makes it possible to design different products / buildings and services as well as strategic design. Innovation for the construction sector is not only to increase building properties, but also to create new, more qualified and original products / buildings and services. Thus, a new ecosystem that is independent of the public, value-oriented, export-oriented and sustainable will be formed for the construction sector. This situation can be realized by developing new products and services by focusing on innovation towards social problems coming with increasing urbanization in the world and in our country by the construction sector.
